Cocoa Dutch
Alkali-Processed Cocoa Powder provides rich and well-rounded cocoa flavor. Also known as "Dutch-processed" cocoa, it's made by treating the cocoa bean paste with an alkalizing agent, which reduces tartness. This cocoa has a dark brown color and dissolves readily with whisking. It's an excellent cocoa in baked goods.
