Essiac Tea Organic

Brewing instructions:
TO MAKE 1 GALLON: Measure 1 gallon of fresh spring or distilled water and 16 level tablespoons (4 ounces) of Essiac Tea.
TO MAKE 1 QUART: Measure 1 quart of spring or distilled water and 4 level tablespoons (1 ounce) of Essiac Tea.

Note: Only use only stainless steel or glass utensils when preparing this tea.

Bring water to a boil, stir in tea and cover. Simmer for 10 minutes then remove from heat and stir. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours. After 12 hours, remove from refrigeration, stir, and return to stove. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

After the second boil, strain through a fine mesh strainer and funnel the liquid into clean amber glass bottles. After cooling, cap and refrigerate.

This Essiac tea concentrate mixture will stay fresh in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 weeks.

Suggested use:
Dilute the concentrated Essiac tea before use. Shake Essiac tea concentrate well, then add 2 ounces of tea to 2 ounces of boiling fresh spring or distilled water. Drink 2 to 4 ounces daily on an empty stomach. Optimal benefits are shown with 3 ounces per day divided into 2 dosages.

Ingredients:
Organic burdock root, organic sheep sorrel powder, organic slippery elm bark powder, and organic turkey rhubarb powder.
