Ingredients: Fresh Milky Oat Seed, Fresh St John's Wort Flowering Herb, Fresh Skullcap Herb, Passionflower, Hops Strobiles, Fresh Lobelia Herb, Fresh Pulsatilla Herb
Suggested Use: Shake well before using. 30 drops in waater or juice 1/2 hour before bedtime. Can repeat dosage as needed.
Precautions: While using St. John's Wort, avoid excessive exposure to sunlight or UV light. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Keep Out of the Reach of Children.
Store away from heat & light.
