Brewing instructions:
Place 1 tablespoon of tea in your favorite mug using a tea ball, mesh bag, or infuser of your choice. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea, cover, and allow to steep for at least 20 minutes for a medicinal effect or until the desired strength is reached.
